IN SPORTS NEWS:

The 8th grade softball team had an amazing comeback to beat Sunnyvale on Tuesday. Down 5-0 until the 4th inning, the Lady Falcons combined for 12 hits to beat the Spartans 8-5. Andrea C, Angel M, Jessica D, and Ilona S all crushed doubles. Both Andrea and Ilona pitched and combined for 7 strikeouts. Danielle Chit a screamer down the third base line to drive in arun. Alyssa Sck went 2-for-2 with her very timely hits, including 2 RBI's. Web gem for the day was the relay from outfielder Ashley Kane to shortstop Julia D to catcher Jessica D, who tagged the runner out in an exciting play at home plate to end the opponent's scoring threat. The Falcons are now 3 and 1! Come see them play at home vs. Cup on Thursday!

All CROSS COUNTRY runners will be racing today at Kennedy. They should meet right outside the locker room after school.
