The January Jingle Jams are now over and the winners have been decided. They
are: BEST GROUP- Dewberry, BEST INDIVIDUAL - Hu, FUNNIEST - May/Marquis, MOST TALENTED - Hu, and MOST ENTHUSIASTIC - Rolland. Congratulations to all participants! Winners should plan to come to the stage at lunch to claim their prizes. 3 homeroom points will be awarded to the winning homerooms while all other participants will receive 2.

The 7th grade girls defeated Miller yesterday 30 to 17. Great offense by: Stephane, Allysa, Janvi and Audrey.
Box out awards go to: Stephanie, Kaitlyn, Allysa, Avery, Lydia, Erin, Claire, Janvi, Audrey and Carrie.

The 7th grade girls team has practice today after school till 4 pm.

Seventh grade boys soccer won yesterday 2-0 against Miller. Solid team defence kept Miller from creating many chances and goals were scored by Luke and Chad.

Blach’s 8th grade boys lost to visiting Cupertino yesterday. Strong offensive play especially from Kieran, Hugo and Oscar helped Blach score three goals against a strong Cupertino team. James had some nice saves in goal and many defensive stops by Kourosh and Zain.

Congradulations to the 7th grade girls for defeating Cupertino yesterday. Great offense by: Audrey and Janvi. Great boxing out by Lydia.

All 7th grade basketball players should check Mrs. Koren’s website for the vacation workout.
